Technologies

This project is offered to a potential buyer of the rights to use the technology for obtaining fiber from rocks.

The technology of producing continuous fibers from rocks (GP) consists of the following operations: preparation of raw materials, washing GP dosing and feeding into the melting furnace, heating GP to the melting temperature, homogenization of the melt, it Stadco, the flow of the melt zone of the extrusion and the formation of continuous fibers (NVG) through a Spinneret, appretiare (glazing) of their surface and winding bobbins multifilament yarn, which after drying goes on further technological processing.

In the scheme "Comparison of production processes of different fibers", which shows the technologies for producing carbon fiber (HC), glass fiber (CB) and NVG, it is clear that the production of "competitors" fibers is a multicomponent source material, material and energy intensity of technologies, as well as environmental emissions during their production.

The main advantage of the NVG production technology is the single-component and unlimited raw material base (SOE).

The production of NVG proceeds with a much smaller number of stages from a solution of natural aluminosilicates synthesized at ultrahigh temperatures, pressure in the bowels of the planet and on the surface of the earth during volcanic eruptions, containing a huge number of elements, their oxides and compounds, and the smallest aluminosilicate clusters.

Given that the reserves of SOE are inexhaustible, and the properties of NVG are not inferior to glass E,S and in some cases exceed, the production of composite materials from NVG is economically feasible, since only under the article "raw materials" (SOE) is at least 65 times cheaper than glass.
